Applications open until December 9th

The EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation under the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), has launched a call for its next training course in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) in Nagoya, Japan.

The 5-day training will provide an in-depth analysis of the Japanese manufacturing methodology, and is aimed exclusively at EU managers with WCM knowledge and engineering background who are in management positions with the ability to influence the strategic production of their companies.

The mission will take place from March 13th to 17th, 2023 and applications are open until December 9th.

The programme comprises various lectures and seminars presented by Japanese industry experts, workshops and visits to some of the most advanced Japanese factories in various sectors, such as chemicals and plastics, automotive and steel products, with the possibility of speaking directly with production managers and experience the true "Gemba" (industry floor) and observe the effective implementation of their manufacturing methods (LEAN, KAISEN, WCW).

Since the first edition in 1992, more than 900 participants from all EU Member States have taken part in these practical training courses.
