Submission of proposals until 28 October

Six European entities led by AquAS - Public Agency of the Catalonian Health Ministry have launched a challenge to: "Develop of rapid diagnostic solutions (ICT) for the detection of resistant micro-organisms, with real-time feedback to the user, while enabling the simultaneous sharing of data between health service management systems, making it possible to link the infection to the site where it is detected.”

This Public Procurement, launched internationally by the "ANTI-SUPERbugs" project (PCP - Pre-Commercial Procurement), with a budget of 3.45 million euros, is presented as a Pre-Commercial Subcontracting of R&D Services. All of the documentation is available on the European Ted Platform.

The "Anti-SUPERBUGS PCP" project aims to mobilise public and private purchasers and user networks to jointly act to purchase R&D services for the development of innovative solutions that address the problem of multidrug-resistant hospital infections. Through private funding of R&D activities, particularly advanced ICT solutions, focusing on the detection of infection-causing micro-organisms and the effective control of their propagation.
