October 4^th-7^th, Grenada

ANI, Agência Espacial Portuguesa - Portugal Space and AICEP promote the Portuguese representation in the Big Science Business Forum 2022, a business-oriented conference bringing together the major European Research Infrastructures. The initiative, which will take place from October 4^th to 7^th 2022 in Grenada (Spain), aims to be the meeting point for research infrastructures and the technology industry in Europe.

The event has a very diversified programme including industrial exhibitions, technology transfer sessions and technical visits (to the Calar Alto Observatory and the Almería Solar Platform.).

Among the promoting organisations will be those in which ANI is mandated as Industrial Liaison Officer (ILO) - CERN, ITER and ESRF- and those represented by Portugal Space - ESA, ESO and SKAO. ILOs are tasked with promoting and mediating the interaction between procurement organisations and the country's entrepreneurial fabric. Collectively, these organisations will discuss the industrial supply needs for the coming years, which are estimated to be close to EUR 40 billion.

Portuguese industry will have the opportunity to use the national stand to present their capabilities to organisations and companies with which they may develop partnerships.
