September 12^th, 08.30 a.m., digital format

The European Commission is organising a matchmaking session for the Regional Innovation Vouchers competition under Horizon Europe's European Innovation Ecosystems programme. This session will take place on September 12^th at 08.30 a.m., in digital format.

This online matchmaking event aims to create opportunities for participants to connect in order to foster networking, as well as the creation of 100 consortia among the regions applying for Regional Innovation Voucher funding.

The topics are based on the societal challenges listed in the New European Innovation Agenda:

• Converging towards circularity
• Accelerating digital transformation
• Increasing global food security
• Improving healthcare
• Reducing dependence on fossil fuels

The call is aimed at regional authorities, but other entities in the ecosystem (e.g. research centres, public bodies, companies, clusters, facilitators of the innovation process, etc.) may be associated with the consortium.

Registration by September 6^th is free but mandatory.
